Refunds and Exchanges
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded except where a performance has been cancelled. The management reserves the right to alter or cancel performances without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
Conditions of Sale
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may not be until the interval. The management of Burnavon Arts and Cultural Centre reserve the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice, the management reserve the right to refuse admission.
Photography, Recording and Mobile Phones
The use of cameras or any form of recording equipment are not permitted without prior approval from management, permission must be sought from the Burnavon in advance should you wish to photograph or record, however at the majority of performances this will not be permitted. Mobile phones should be switched to silent during performances.Smoking
Smoking or the use of E-cigs/vapourisers is strictly prohibited within the venue.
