Ulster Folklore - The Celtic Wheel of The Year - a look at beliefs, traditions, myths and superstitions in Ulster and Ireland over the centuries. This talk considers how the peoples of Ireland marked the changing seasons and looks at the impact of Christianity on our pagan beliefs and ancient fire festivals over the centuries. We think about traditions around births, marriages, deaths as well as the prevalent belief in the wee folk, giants, and banshees.
